Milner Rear Springs

Have seen rear springs at milners can anyone tell me if they are standard or are they standard with 2 inch lift. Asking as Roughtrax have two kinds with different prices £59 & £80...Milners...£42 pair but are they standard or 2inch lift.

they are 20% stronger but sandard hieght
