    hi mate, need your advice, need to replace my spindle bushes, got the breakdown from yotatech. but im sure there must be a way to do it by dropping the drive shaft from the hub and leaving the wheel bearing assy intact.

    how do you do it??

    Yeah, pull the shaft, punch the inner bush out easy, then with a long drift you can punch the outer one out from the inside.

    The outer bush is no hassle to put in, the inner is a bugger to get a straight hit with the hammer, either make a puller with a couple of big thick washers and threaded bar, and pull it in, or the method I use is an old CV with all the middle taken out, mount the bush on the old CV and offer it up to the hub, and you have a nice big bit to hit, and it stays square.
