    hi guys

i have been reading alot of past threads regarding g/box oil changes.
as far as im aware my truck hasnt had on oil change for quite some time.

so is it recomended to change the oil through out the box including the torque converter , i was just gonna drop the oil and then refill untill reading previous threads. is the filter one you just clean or do you renew it??

The transfer box oil is that seperate from the oil in the g/box i think it is but want to check with you guys

im gonna do the diffs have done the engine i have geased both propshafts and im gonna sort the ball joints asap is there anything else???

oh dose anyone know the thread type on the grease nipples as there are a few different types of threads availible on ebay for the m6 grease nipple

    cheers

If you don't have any problems with the auto box, just drain and refill, do it again in the couple of weeks if you want. If you are trying to solve a problem its best to pull the hose off the cooler and put it in a barrel of AFT, and run the car in idle till clean oil comes out, cleaning the filter is a bigger job, and not really worth doing unless flushing dosn't work and the oil looks really thick and gungy.

T/Case uses normal manual gearbox oil.
