    Have just tried to take locking wheel nut off front wheel, they are the type with the 3 little offset circles, and iv snapped the one side of the locknut clean off . Any advise or ideas on how to get it off now.

        Hello mate.

        Take your motor to the local breakers. They will have a removal tool. Probably find you a replacement wheel nut while youre there. I had the same problem recently and the local breaker sorted me out for the price of a drink

          get a socket that is slightly too small and a club hammer, drive the socket onto the locking nut (with hammer), when it's on tight undo it.

            You can buy a locking wheel nut removal tool in halfords now for about £20, doesn't that defeat the object of locking wheel nuts?
