Bleeding the water system

Hi Lads/ladets
Have just fitted new head to 3.0ltr td 3rd gen.1996
Now if i have to, how do you bleed the water system as iv never had to do this TONYN.Where are you i is gona need help with this one.
all advise please......

Just run the engine with the rad cap off and the heaters set to hot and just keep topping up till it takes no more. Switch off, let cool and re-check level top if necessary then re-fit rad cap.
