Hi all,
I have recently had some problems with my 3.0 td KZN 130 surf, whilst driving in hot weather the engine check light came on, in fact several times over a two week period, after recovering the fault code it pointed to the timing control valve sympton was loads of black smoke, no power.
I have managed to source a secondhand unit but am not sure of the best way to fit this, i.e all of the unit or is there just one section to fit?? is it ok for someone of my limited abil.ities to carry out such a procedure or is it more complex when timing is involved.
Many thanks.
Janner.
