going from H to L

I've found that I can feel a grind going from H to L (and back) in neutral (stationary) but its smooth when going H to L in Park. Now its no problem to make the change in P but I was under the impression you could do it in N as well?

Any thoughts?

i have got that aswell but as long as i can get it into lo then i'm happy
