      There is no definitive list..

The Jap's like to spec up their motors with all sorts of options, so there are pretty much no 2 Surfs the same!

SSRG is supposedly the highest spec, with Recaro seats, but anything else can be specced into any other model

(Saying that, I've got Recaros in my SSRX!!)
      It just does, OK?

        cheers

the best ive found so far - is this list in order of "bestness"

(although I take the point with added extras)

        SSR-G Ltd
        SSR-G
        SSR-X Ltd
        SSR-X
        SSR-V
        SSR-Ltd
        SSR

          SSR
That's supposed to be the order (not sure if there's a SSR-G Ltd) but it's not real. My old SSR Ltd had a sunroof but my SSR-X doesn't. But my SSR-X has push button air con and my SSR Ltd didn't. Look at it more as a likelihood of getting the toys than a guarantee.

            thanks

so I'd be right in saying that theres no differences in performance/engine/chassis etc between the models

its all down to the cosmetic added extras - and as you say, theres no real consensus on what models have which options as standard.
