Do a search on Viscous Fan....you should get all the info you need... basically you take fan assembly off , split it ,clean refill and refit. I locked mine up with silicone sealer, Vince and a few others locked theirs with bolts

        under load?

do you mean normal accellerating, or towing up a hill??

you might need to get yourself an oil cooler for the transmission fluid.

What servicing have you already done to the cooling system? Are you
          losing any coolant?
