Are third gen and 2nd gen radiators the same

As the heading says are the radiators the same on the 3litre 2nd and 3rd gens. I have a third gen in need of a radiator and can get one off of a 2nd gen for £45 + vat.

In a word i'd say no, but i don't really know for sure.

Sorry just read that again and i mis-read it before, i was thinking 2.4 rad in 3.0l, still none the wiser though.
