hi everybody, i have ahilux kzn130 ssrx i am having aproblem with my heater the temperature gague is nearly always in the red but the radiator is cold and no heat is coming out of the heater. if you have any ideas they would be much appreciated.thanks

sounds like an air lock.

take the rad cap off and run the engine with both heaters on full and top up the fluid as it drops.

There is a way of burping the system if this dont work try doing a search.


Just a point remember to top up via the rad cap not the expansion bottle.

i wouldnt be driving it like that , you may pop the head gasket mate.

thanks cleared the air block everythings back to normal now
