Has anybody got a wiring diagram for the electric mirror switch?

My lhs wont move and I don't know if it is the wiring or plug?

common prob but often over looked is the flex bit that goes from the door to A pillar
mine had a load of broken wires inside of it
fiddly but an easy job to do

I will have to look on the other sites.

And it is probably a broken wire in the loom as the open door light aint working also.

Hi hope you dont think l am being funny but is there anything else not working properly or working every now and then, ifso it maybe the loom as it comes out of the drivers door into the "A" post some of the wires are being cut. You will have to strip the rubber back and undo the insulation l have had several SURF,s in lately with problems all to do with the loom coming out of the drivers door. Hope this info helps you and others.

Just what I needed.

Yes Bob I think that it is probably the wires in the loom but I need the diagram to help check which wires to replace or check.

I changed the drivers door recently and the light in the old door used to work intermittently as you opened the door.

I wonder how much toyota would charge for a replacement door loom (if they could get one)?


Oh well, when I have time I will have to break out the wire, pliers, circuit tester and insulating tape.
