appologies I know this has been covered before, can any one give me the best place to buy a repair kit for a 3.0TD starter motor

A toyota dealer, they'll not be any more expensive than other suppliers and you'll know you'll have the genuine parts.

If you search for 'starter contacts' or 'starter motor', you should find the part numbers.
