You will now pay the higher rate duty, as unless it has been transesterified, which means using chemicals etc to seperate the glycerol, only then do you pay the lower rate.
This has changed, as originally if using veg oil, old or new, you paid the lower rate, but when customs & excise discovered how many people wiere applying for the form EX103, they suddenly changed their criteria.
