1KZTE Head bolts

Hi,
Can anyone confirm the correct torque settings for the cylinder head bolts, 3.0l 1KZTE engine ?

it is a bit of a grunt job have a reasonable length wrench & Use new bolts!
working from centre of head outwards - alternate sides several passes
to 39 Nm - 400 Kgf.cm - 29 Ft lbs
mark heads of bolts
tighten 90 degrees, same order as before
tighten 90 degrees again same order as before
check marks are 180 degrees from when marked
No further tightening

I thought that was right but 29LB-FT seems low.
And I have 2 blue ones.
