power-how much out of interest?

I have driven a 300TDI Range Rover for 8 years and a perkins 4182 Rangie before that before that- the Surf 3ltr is unfeasably quick 0-60 must be closer to 11secs than the eventualy of the Rangie- and the turbo cuts in at about 1000rpm- no lag. how much power does a Surf produce- could mine have been chipped?
