Is it time to change the timing belt?

Hi guys.
My vehicle records show the cam belt was changed at 89K km, it is now about 150K Km. Is it time for the change?

Also, is there a Surf specialist we could trust in Liverpool? I could also have them look at tracking (supposed to be a weird process on the Surfs) and Idler Arm condition.

100,000 Ks is the recommended interval. You may be thinking 60.000 miles. I'd be inclined to do it anyway unless you are certain it's been done.

i just had mine changed , i got the toyota belt for peace of mind for 37 quid and was charged 35 quid to have it changed , took the guy 40 minutes .i had stupid quotes like 380 quid from some toyota dealerships and 200 quid from local garages , so dont get ripped off.

Just out of interest, is there anyone in Liverpool, who we could trust repair and maintenance of Surfs with?
