how high is your surf

Hi

I need some help, I have a 1997 surf and i need to establish how much this car has been lowered, so taht i can get some new rear shocks for it.

I have measuerd the top of the drivers rear wheel rim to the start of the flared arch, it measures approx 10".

I was hoping that someone else with a standard 3rd gen, would be able to advise me of what the measurement is from their truck so that i can work out the approx drop. I realise that this isn't a scientific way of doing things, but, i'm stuck and willing to give anything a go.

Yours is a 2nd gen dude, Sajjap's is a 3rd gen so maybe different.

Hi SAJJAP, 12 1/4" from the wheel arch to the wheel rim.
