Wheel Bearings

Hi All, recently had my MOT, it passed without any problems, but the inspector noted that the offside front wheel had some play in it and suggested it might be the bearings, does anybody know what the torque wrench settings are for this or if there is a special process to undertake (i.e on an older car I used to have you would torque it up then back it up a quarter turn) Would appreciate any advice.

BTW I run on partial VEG oil since having this car (though only about 20%), no problems, so dont be scared..................

We need to know what year truck you have as this makes for an easier/quicker response 'cos there are different bearings on different trucks.
