2 bar. 30 psi will do you nicely but depending on personal preferences, ride quality 28psi is ok or even 32 psi

my tyres r 285/75/16 i run 32psi on th road any less n you rub the edges off the fronts and i air down to 10 or 15psi off road gollygone
