Judder at low revs

I have recently started to experience a judder in low revs on pulling away. It happens in all gears.Only when the engine is at running temp. It does not happen when cold. Garage checked out and clutch all right. I think it may be fuel delivery?? any thoughts. 1996 SSRG 61K 3.0td Manual.
