Creaking

Hi everybody
My surf occasionally creaks or knocks when cornering or when travelling over rough ground.
Nothing seems to be worn or loose and it’s not the bump stops, but someone suggested that the torsion bars could be a little loose.
If this is the case how would you check and what do you tighten?

Also my rear window film has started to wrinkle.
Is there any remedy, or how easy is it to remove without damaging the heated rear window matrix?

It's probably your anti-rollbar bushes that are knackered.
Try using a hairdryer to loosen the adhesive on the window film as you pull it off.
