Went to open rear window today and nothings happening. I can here the relay clicking when i turn the key so its got power, im thinking it could be the motor. If i need to replace this motor does anyone know the best place to get one and around how much.

Have you tried using the switch in the drivers cab ? Mine now only works from there (and then it's very intermittant)
If you crawl in the boot, you should be able to remove the carpet panel from the tail gate and then the screws holding the metal plate underneath.
The motor is connected to the wireing loom via a 2 pin plug.
If you disconnect it, and shove 12v direct into the motor (being very carfull to avoid shorts) you might be able to make the window go up or down.
If you hear the motor try and move but the glass dosn't, then you have the pos and neg the wrong way around.
If the motors working, you have either a wireing fault or perhaps problems in the relay box (located behind the rear plastic wall panels on the passengers side). Rear window problems seem to be gits to find - I've been trying for several weeks now and still can't locate the problem.
Search the forum for possible causes. Theres loads of posts on here with things to do and try.

Ive tryed to open it with the key and the interior button and all though its good to know millner do the part i was gonna have a look at the motor before i forked out the cash, like you say it may not be that. it may be that the window is simply jammed. I'll post up the problem when/if i find it.

I had this exact problem a while ago, and left a post on here of how to fix the rubber drive problem. I just drilled a 3.5 mm hole straight through the rubber and its 'biscuits', and tapped it out to a 4mm brass screw. Job done, 180 quid saved. also keep that back rubber lubed up with some silicone spray.
