NGK replacements are 15-20 Nm, dunno about Toyota specs (manuals in the garage!)
Toyota manual doesn't recommend removing them unless replacing, as the ceramic usually cracks when undoing.4x4toys.co.uk - Keeping you on and off the road... -

as I',m doing a rebuild and 2 of the existing are duf - guess I got to change them anyway!! didn't want to over do it as I'm a big strong boy

1KZTE [Engine Manual] stipulates
Torque: 13Nm (130 kgf.cm,9ft.1bf)
And for the Seal washers and nutes on the Intake Pipe
torque:12Nm (120kgf.cm, 9ft.lbf)Gaz
