Turbo Model on a 1KZ-TE?

Hi,

I've got a 1994 3.0L Surf with the 1KZ-TE engine in it and I would like to know what model turbo's are used in them.

Is it the CT-20, CT-26, or some other type of turbo, I've been trying to read up but too many confusing pages don't help much :s .
