4X4 Shifter Rattle just got much worse....

My 4x4 shifter has rattled on happily for a while now and I've grown to just about accept it but now, having just taken it out offroad and gone through all 4x4 gear possibilities (awd, 4x4l etc etc) it now rattles like mad. Surely something ain't quite right? Trans fluid is bang on level (checked hot and after selecting through all gears). Little concerned as I want to take her out in the snow again tomorrow. Was eating it up today, what a joy! The video doesn't reflect how bad the rattle is now and on start up especially (first couple of seconds of video) it gives a real good knock about. What dyall think?
