1KZ-TE Head Replacement

Hi all, my Hilux had a cracked head so I'm replacing with an AMC head. I'm new to this so just wondering what else I should replace at the same time... injectors, glow plugs, etc ? Engine has done 430k kms for reference.

Get the injectors refurbished makes a massive difference new glow plugs and make sure you get the new updated head gasket, and water pump ,i made blanking plates for the egr as well

Thank you. What does the updated gasket look like ? The new gasket I bought seems identical to the old one. Also did you mean just replace the water pump or get an updated version ?

Hello the updated head gasket is 5 layers I believe the old one are 3 layers, and just replace the water pump might as well seams your there
