Help needed engine trouble

HELP NEEDED ENGINE PROBLEM. Anyone got any idea what’s up with my truck. It’s and intermittent fault. I will sometimes start it will run for 2secs then a high pitch engine noise and chucks white smoke out of engine, either from cold or warm then today it has been doing it more while I was driving a 15mile

White smoke is steam, maybe coolant entering the engine , a cracked head? It's a common problem. First thing would be to exclude this by doing a sniff test at a garage the see if you have combustion gases in your coolant .

Sound like maybee air in the fuel system. Has it lost any coolant? check the fuel lines for damage
