Are all 3.0D turbo charged?

I just have a simple question. Are all 3.0L diesel surf engines turbo charged? or are there some surfs with 3.0L diesel engines that are not turbo charged? Thanks in advance for the answer.

I've never seen one that isn't, not seen a non-turbo 3.0lt in other Toys either, the crew cabs that arn't 2.4 have been 2.8 normally aspirated.
