O/D OFF indicator
Has anyone ever encounter the 'O/D OFF' indicator flashing during normal driving? This happen to my surf recently and still couldn't figure out what cause it. It came on after 10 minutes of driving.

I thinks its a fault light for the overdrive/gearbox.
