Exhaust mount

Hi Guys

When i start my surf sometimes ,i get what sounds to be a heafty knock right between the front two seats under the auto lever. Is this likley to be an exhuast mount problem or the gearbox mount. Iv had a good look and cant see anything wrong or missing. Some advice on what else to look for !!

A few people have reported this 'bang' before. I sometimes get it especially when restarting the engine from warm. Sometimes it sounds worse than others. Often I don't hear it all. I thought it was a transmission or torque converter problem but never really found out what it was. I don't believe it's a 'normal' noise for a car to make but I gave up worrying about it two years ago.
