problem with front steering

Hi Guys
ive just had the car in for a full service, the guy whos done it ahs explained that this arm has a lot of play in it and it may cause the tyres to wear quicker aswell as whatever damage to the streering, and the ball joint is perrished, the pictures show the arm and the ball joint, it is on the nearside wheel. i basically need to know what the arm and joint is called for a replacement, and does milners do them. thanks Dave..

Marky do you know if it comes ready to bolt on to chassis or will the bush need replacing aswell

Good Man Steering idler arms are a common MOT failure, The new ones have a grease nipple so ensure you grease it up.

There are Nuts on the other side of the bolts, Its not bolted directly to the chassis.

yer had a chat to milner staff explained the things i get with arm etc also found out that this is only on the nearside and the pitman arm is on the off side you live and learn well i do cos im a complete mechanical fool
