  • Engine hesitation

Sitting idling at Sainsburys petrol forecourt today waiting for a fuel pump to become free - suddenly the engine hesitates for a beat or three - like I had switched it off, then carried on idling again fine. Never happened before - and didnt happen after.

Any ideas anyone - is it early warning of something?

    Cheers

Might have been just a bit or crap from the Fuel Tank being shifted through the fuel pump and hence cutting of the fuel for a little time before shifting on ???

That's what i'm hoping it is - rather than some early sign of failing fuel pump or ECU. More encouraging posts like that will be welcome
