I am finally going to sell my 90 surf once i get it through the MOT. I just can't face the bills anymore. I have spent approx 2500.00 just keeping it running.
Anyway, I need to get a shock absorber for the rear nearside and i'm not sure what to do. I can get a standard shock from Milners for about 50.00 quid but what effect will this have on the adjusted suspension. Is it bad selling it with one shock not playing ball? The other option is to get a breaker shock and fit it myself. Are there special tools required to do this?
I'm trying to keep the cost down as much as i can buit don't want to sell a shoddy car.
Any help would the gratefully received.
Ps I have bought a vauxhall corsa 1.2 as a replacement. I can't push in anymore!!!!
