viscous fan?! please help

HEY ALL, This is my first post, as my brother usually helps me out! we have established my 2.4 1991 surf, needs a viscous fan. Milner off road, dont stock them, so where else to try? I am close to buxton. This girl is falling out of love with her surf! Already had a new radiator, cap, thermostat and coolant! Help please!

its broken?! not functioning?? I am not sure, it is at a friends garage. All i know is my truck overheats when it goes up a big hill!
