Radiator Cap and Air Filter?

Hi All,

I am going to get a new Radiator cap and air filter,
Whats the opinion on a standard 1.1bar cap or should I get one of the TRD 1.3bar caps?

Also is it worth getting a K&N air filter or is the standard alright?
