hard to start ( Tell me where these wires go)

hi, my 1993 hilux surf 2.4l is very hard to start but once it gets running it works fine. my mechanic tells me there was a wire not hooked up and upon further searching these forums they tell me it connects to glowplug terminal on the underside of the inlet manifold IIRC. that being said ther was already one connected to it with a insulator and a washer (VERY HARD TO GET AT)
