does anyone have a pic of torque sequence for the 2.4td head and torque wrench settings might give the head gasket job ago myself

There should be a diagram supplied with the new head bolts. I doubt you've just got a blown gasket though..

Just in case you don't get a diagram -

Head sequence is

17----11----9----3----1----5----7-----13----15

16----14----8----6----2----4----10----12----18

17 is front left facing engine.

Head -

First stage - 78 Nm
Second stage - + 90 deg
Third stage - + 90 deg

im confused big time with surf had to start it today to move it 2miles to garage after letting it run to de-ice it i am back to full heat from heaters and no pressurizing of top hose so not sure what to change. i might just bypass rear heater see if that's causing all my airlocks
