Will they fit?????

I will hopefully be getting some arches for my surf soon so am looking at some wider wheels and tyres. The tyre fitter local to me is selling a set of 15x8" wheels off a Nissan patrol, i think the stud pattern is the same but will they stick out too far as they seem to be quite deep dished.
