Rear Indicators LJ70

Is there anyone near Halifax who is any good with car electrics? Since offroading at Briercliffe I got some mud in the rrear bumper and its disturber the lighting causing the indicator fuse to constantly blow.

I think the connectors got knocked that join on to the tow bar electrics.

Would be very gratefuly if anyone could give me any pointers or assist me in sorting the problem.
