  • Leaky rear bearings

Bummer a leak appeared on pass side rear on the inside of the wheel and now it looks like the other side is the same. I know its diff oil. I've got no handbrake, does anyone know what I need to buy to sort this out

Inner and outer half shaft seals. I do believe however that a few on here say just do the outer one. Cheap and easy fix
well, that was a bad idea!

Check its not the rear wheel bearing, when it wears the shaft can move around and the seal leaks, its not often that just the seal wears

The seal thats leaking is the inner seal, in the end of the axle shaft.

Cheers, my other half says he's happy to do and told me to order the parts. I looked at Milner and wasnt sure what was needed. Guess I need new brake pads too as their covered in oil.

Milner sell a rear wheel bearing set http://www.milneroffroad.com/toyota-...ing-kit-1-side
Does this have everything to do the job or are more seals needed?

          Advice greatly appreciated

That kit has what you need. Bearing, bearing retainer, three seals, and circlip.
