Crankshaft Pulley

I can feel a lot of wobble on my crankshaft pulley, it looks as though the rubber has come out, is this a repair job, or will it need replacing,

What sort of a job is it either way?

OK harmonic balancer gave all the info, thanks for the tip.

You need a Harmonic Balancer puller or a piece of flat steel with two holes at 72mm centres and a hole in the middle. Weld a nut to middle. Use a large bolt for middle nut. 8mm bolts

Managed to change the balancer with the help offered, champion.
