Crank Bolt

Hopefully one of the adults can help,I am encountering some resistance from the crank pulley nut,try as I might but the bugger aint budging .
Any suggestions?

Have you tried the breaker bar resting on the ground or chassis rail and flicking the starter trick?

It's a bolt by the way.

Panic over move along nothing to see here.


It was Albannach's clue

locked in two bolts (from the air con pump mounts)into the pully jammed a 19mm spanner into the bolts and against the bottom belt adjuster put my big boy pants on and with a 3 ft bit of tube slid over my breaker bar the jolly little bolt was persuaded free.

Just needed a bit of inspiration and a cup of tea.

Once again the forum and the usual suspects come to my rescue.
