i think we all suffer from this as its been brought up before, some have fitted an extra transmission oil cooler to help keep it cool especially when towing the bottom part of your rad helps cool it a bit. if you look under surf towing at the bottom theres some info on there(\__/)

Cheers Mark Is It Normal To Get A Lot Of Warm Air Blowing Through Your Vent When Set On Cold When The Air Con Is Off. I Might Be A Bit Paranoid After Having A New Head Fitted A Bit Back. And It Gets Quit Hot Under The Wheel Arches As Well From The Engine Or Is It Normal And Im Just Not Used To All This Space Under The Arch To Have Noticed With A Normal Car

The 2.4 tends to generate a lot of heat under the bonnet. just check your levels weekly. some have fitted an electric fan to replace the viscous one, some have wired the front electric fan to a manual switch for extra cooling.(\__/)

JON its not an overflow bottle as such its an expansion bottle, water gets hot & expands pushing surplus into the bottle when the engine cools it draws the water back into the rad. always top up through the rad cap(\__/)

Its OK. You have a autobox fluid overheat warning light the dash, if its not on, I would'nt worry.
