ding ding?

I`ve had my truck for 3 years and it has an annoyng problem, when i go above 65mph it ding dings(must be a speed warning from sensible japs).Is there a simple way to stop this,while soothing at first it becomes very annoying after 2 minutes.(i hope its nothing more sinister)
