Turbo spinning but no boost or light???

Hi all,

I've tried to search but have had no luck. As per title, the turbo is making the same spinning noise as before but is not doing it's job! Truck went in for MOT last week and when I got it back I realised the turbo light was not coming on?

Any ideas?

First port of call would have to be the plug on the side of the air filter

Follow the rubber vacuum pipes from the boost sensor bolted to the side of the air filter can, to the inlet manifold and make sure everything is connected.

Thanks guys, it was indeed the vacuum hose going from the air box to the manifold. They had to turn the fuel pump back down to get it through the MOT emissions test, they must have knocked it off then!
