I have tried the search button and cant seem to find the answer I am looking for

I need to know what type of front and rear diff oil to use in my 91 2.4L ssrx surf, at the mo I dont know if its LSD or not so the spec for both would be appreciated.
Can I assume (from searching for answer) that in the auto box Dexron 2 is the correct spec ? Is it around 6L capacity ?
What about the transfer box ?
Also someone said to use ACDelco coolant ! My parts supplier dont stock it so whats the correct spec there ? It wont be premix as they dont do that either so I gotta get the couldron off the missus !!! At the moment it looks like its had RED coolant in it....
Jeez why does it have to be so complicated with these things ???? even the manual dont list the specs of oil or the fill capacity !!Thanks in advance
