Oil Filter??

Hi there. I have a 1989 Hilux Surf SSR Limited LN130 with the 2.4 2LT and i need a reference list for part numbers for the Oil Filter and Fuel Filter. I'm here in Canada and no one can tell me what oil filter or fuel filter it takes. I've done a lot of research but lot of guys are talking about the 2Lt-II or 2LTE and not sure if those would work on mine. And the links from Maatf or whatever don't work for me.

I work at a GMC dealership and not sure if any of the AC Delco filters will fit but if anyone could let me know the for sure part numbers on these for anywhere like a toyota dealership or NAPA or even a cross reference that'll have the same filters that'd be great.

A search on the Aussie site for oil or fuel filters might bring up some alternatives (as I do know there have been lots of alternative filter numbers posted for oil, fuel and air filters) over the years.
