back window help.......

can anyone tell me how do i get motor out of the rear window.
my back window is stuck up and wont moved.
i need to open my tail gate but this wont work because i cant get the back window down.
please help ive been at it now for 2 hours.

when mine jammed i crawled in the back with a torch and found a small silver box next to the motor,flipped the face off and managed to wind the window down by turning the mechanism with a adj spanner, that freed it up but it is still sticking on the way down.i also had to file new teeth into the nylon cog in the motor. before you do that check the wiper is jumping into the housing properly as some fellow surfers have had that problem, and check the window lock button is released on the drivers door control panel.
