Jumping out of 1st gear

Hey there

After replacing my dual mass flywheel (ouch), i drove my hilux around private land for a while and it kept jumping out of gear. I read on here about replacing the rubber washer under the gear shift. I did this £10 later and worked, and was fine on the way to the MOT station.

Now driving it around this week it just jumps out of 1st gear when it feels like it. Does anyone know how to solve the problem? Hope it aint serious.

Check the nylon bushes etc at base of gear lever.

I have replaced the nylon bush at the bottom of the gear lever about 3weeks ago. Do you know what else could need replacing?
